Cancellation Policy
Reservation / Deposit Policy A 50% deposit is required with each cabin reserved. Holiday weekends are a 3 night minimum stay and must be paid in full at time of reservation. HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!. Cancellation Policy To cancel, shorten, or move your reservation, we must be given a 15 day notice in order to receive a deposit refund. Under 15 days, deposits will not be refunded. Reservations made within 15 days of check in, will be required to be paid in full at the time the reservation is made. HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! In any case, cancellations will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee
