Reservation / Deposit Policy

A one night stay deposit is required with each cabin reserved. For rentals more than 2 nights, a 50% deposit, of the nights reserved, is required. Holiday weekends are a
3 night minimum stay and must be paid in full at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation other than Holidays, we must be given a 10 day notice to receive a deposit refund. Under 15 days, deposits will be charged.
